Two Guys from Wisconsin, Shipping Great Cheese

Eric Ludy and Gene Graf, co-founders of Cheese Brothers, are simply two guys from Wisconsin with a passion for great cheese.

Eric’s great-grandfather was a Swiss cheesemaker and started the family’s first cheese factory in the Dairy State in 1919. Coincidentally, Gene learned the trade from Eric’s dad. Though technically not brothers by birth, ever since they launched the company in 2015, these two have been bonded by the brotherhood of cheese.
